A Low-Calorie Smoothie That Tastes Good *And* Actually Fills You Up
I recently made a quick, delicious, low-calorie smoothie that actually tastes much more calorie-dense than it is.
I posted about it and the recipe on Instagram, but I wanted to share the recipe here as well and make sure you saw it – it’s that tasty.
The recipe? The only ingredients you really need are blueberries, ice, coconut yogurt, stevia, collagen, and sea salt. I also recommend adding a scoop of Kion powdered colostrum if you have it on hand, for extra gut-nourishing creaminess. Top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and frozen blueberries, if you happen to like crunchies.
The one addition I would have made to keep the appetite satiated for about eight hours would’ve been some kind of powdered ketones, but I didn’t have those on hand.
Blend in a blender like the Ninja so that you introduce a bunch of air and volume to it at about the consistency of ice cream. I fed this one to Wild Health’s Matt Dawson before our podcast together and he gave two big thumbs up. 🙂
